Marko Bake Shop is a small scale bakery serving the greater Chicago area.
We all love a well flavored pastry, freshly baked bread, and delicious seasonal treats, so why not make them better? We are on a mission to serve the area with great tasting products that are made from higher quality ingredients. All of our products are made with Organic Flour and we do not add any artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, or seed oils to our products.
Rather than creating the standard overly sweetened treats that are commonly available to the American consumer, we strive to create a balance of sweetness and flavor that emulates the products you can find in the renowned desert rich countries of Europe and Asia.
All of our products are made fresh from scratch and are available for pick-up once a week.
